Development Manager – Corporate and Community Engagement:

The Development Manager is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Development Director.  The Development Manager is a strategic thinker responsible for assisting the organization in reaching its overall fundraising goals by managing a portfolio of major and annual fund donors, serving as the lead staff for the Austin-based Bandana Ball including oversight of the Bandana Ball volunteer event committees and by serving as the lead relationship manager for corporations and 3rd party fundraising contacts.  The Development Manager also participates in every part of the fundraising continuum including prospect identification, donor research, cultivation, solicitation and overall general stewardship of donors at all levels; including but not limited to individuals, corporate, community leaders and foundations.

Volunteer Relations Coordinator:

The Volunteer Relations Coordinator is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Volunteer & Programs Director.  This position is responsible for supporting the Volunteer Department in scheduling and stewarding volunteer groups that provide meals, snacks, and activities to our RMH & hospital programs guest families and also works closely with the Development team.  The primary responsibilities of the Volunteer Relations Coordinator are to communicate and steward the many volunteer groups during their volunteer project onsite in a RMHC CTX program site. This position coordinates all RMHC CTX Meals from the Heart volunteer groups.  The Volunteer Relations Coordinator will offer timely and knowledgeable information about our volunteer programs and other opportunities to support RMHC CTX and will work consistently with the Development team to steward volunteers who support these programs.  The Volunteer Relations Coordinator is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer for general stewardship of the Mission Statement.

Communications Coordinator:

The Communications Coordinator is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Communications Director. This position is responsible for supporting the organization’s overall communications strategy through the design of programmatic, marketing, or event materials, website management, social media content development, and email marketing. The Communications Coordinator must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong knowledge of marketing and design best practices. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills and is passionate about the mission of RMHC CTX.
