The Development Director (DD) plays a crucial role in steering RMHC CTX’s fundraising efforts to achieve annual goals. This position involves leading annual giving activities, such as foundation relations, individual giving, stewardship, direct mail campaigns, corporate partnerships, special events, and overall annual giving campaigns. The DD oversees the Development Database Manager, manages grant opportunities and processes (including working with contracted grant writers), and supervises grant reporting. Additionally, this role includes direct supervision of three staff members and ensuring alignment with RMHC CTX’s mission.

Overview: This internship position will report directly to the Volunteer & Programs Director and will serve as a supporting role for the Family Room and Happy Wheels Cart programs, as well as the RMHC meal programs. The intern position will gain experience with families by serving at least one shift inside the hospital, one with the HWC program, as well as one inside the Ronald McDonald House. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to stewarding meal groups, assisting with special events, database entry, solicitations, and administrative duties. Being a non-clinical facility, our internships do not provide students with medical related, child directed or counseling opportunities.
